Renewing your insurance policy - Unoccupied Property customers
- Your renewal premium, based on the period of cover you already have, i.e. 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
- A link to your online account, showing your policy schedule where you can check the details of your cover and any important changes to your cover, if any have been made at all.
- Access to your policy documents, including your policy wordings, IPID or policy summary, terms of business and any notice of change.
It is important to review your documents, so please read through them carefully and pay attention to any limitations, conditions and exclusions. Please inform us if there are any issues with your cover. Call on 0800 316 9842 to renew your policy and also advise us of any changes.
Has your property now been unoccupied for more than 12 months?
If your property has now been unoccupied for more than 12 months, please call us on 0800 316 9842 to discuss your policy options and to renew your existing policy, as this cannot be done online. There are important changes and conditions that may now apply to your policy.
