How to renew your policy

    How do I renew my policy?

    If you have taken out a policy on or after 24th February 2020, we will send you your renewal details which will include:

  • Your renewal premium, based on the period of cover you already have, i.e. 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
  • A link to your online account, showing your policy schedule where you can check the details of your cover and any important changes to your cover, if any have been made at all.
  • Access to your policy documents, including your policy wordings, IPID or policy summary, terms of business and any notice of change.
  • It is important to review your documents, so please read through them carefully and pay attention to any limitations, conditions and exclusions. Please inform us if there are any issues with your cover.

    If you have purchased your most recent policy before 24th February 2020, then we will send your renewal details out to you. Please call us on 0800 316 9842 to renew your policy and also advise us of any changes.

    Has your property now been unoccupied for more than 12 months?

    If your property has now been unoccupied for more than 12 months, please call us to discuss your policy options and torenew your existing policy, as this cannot be done online. There are important changes and conditions that may now apply to your policy.
