Renewing your insurance policy

Find out how you can renew your policy and keep your cover in place by contacting our team on the numbers below. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Renewing your insurance policy - Unoccupied Property customers

  • Your renewal premium, based on the period of cover you already have, i.e. 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
  • A link to your online account, showing your policy schedule where you can check the details of your cover and any important changes to your cover, if any have been made at all.
  • Access to your policy documents, including your policy wordings, IPID or policy summary, terms of business and any notice of change.

It is important to review your documents, so please read through them carefully and pay attention to any limitations, conditions and exclusions. Please inform us if there are any issues with your cover. Call on: 0800 316 9842 to renew your policy and also advise us of any changes.

Has your property now been unoccupied for more than 12 months?

If your property has now been unoccupied for more than 12 months, please call us to discuss your policy options and to renew your existing policy, as this cannot be done online. There are important changes and conditions that may now apply to your policy.

Stop my auto renewal

This is where you can instruct us to stop your insurance from automatically renewing on your renewal date using the payment method previously used.

You must complete and submit this form at least 4 days before your renewal date to stop us automatically processing your payment.

If you are not the policyholder you will need to call us.

We will contact you to confirm we have received your request and that your policy will not automatically renew. If you do not receive this confirmation from us, please assume we have not received your request..
